Prodvestor LTD provides digital services subject to an accepted scope and any applicable service agreement. Contact info@prodvestor.com before purchasing if you need clarification. These general terms do not activate services that are still in development.
Launchpad
Eligibility requires a genuine verified business and a domain reserved and paid in full through Prodvestor. One free build is available per verified business. Your accepted scope determines deliverables. The 14-day build window starts at scope acceptance after the prerequisites are met; missing content or dependencies are discussed with you.
Costs and changes
Domain fees, ongoing plans, complex functionality, mobile apps, and third-party charges are disclosed separately. We do not begin paid work without your approval. Change requests during the build window are evaluated before any additional cost is agreed.
Domains and refunds
Availability is confirmed before a quote is paid. Registration is subject to registrar and registry rules. A paid request is not a registered domain until registration is confirmed. Cancellation, failed registration, and any refundable balance must be resolved with the team under the accepted order terms; irreversible third-party charges may not be recoverable.
Acceptable use
Do not use services for fraud, malware, spam, unauthorized access, or targeting systems you do not own or have permission to test. Security assessments require a signed scope of authorization. You are responsible for the rights to content you provide.
Service commitments
Pricing, service levels, data location, retention, support, intellectual-property handover, and liability terms for a paid service are set out in its accepted agreement. Planned capabilities are not service commitments. Lipa Pole Pole is unavailable until approved for the relevant service and market.
